GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING A MONGOLIAN VISA
E-Visa for Mongolian
The Government of Mongolia has launched the Electronic Visa Application System to provide the following information.
Citizens of 98 countries are eligible to apply for Mongolian e-visa through us
Citizens of 98 countries to stay in Mongolia for a period up to 30 days are able to apply online for 3 categories of visa:
K2 visa for tourists;
K4 visa for participants in sports or cultural and arts events, as well as creating films and content;
K6 visa for transit (for transit – up to 10 days)
Tourist Visa
Completed application form;
Passport in original (must be valid for a minimum of six months before your intended travel to Mongolia)
3.5×4.5cm photo (the size of the photo is mandatory)
A copy of the hotel booking or accommodation information in Mongolia
A copy of flight/train tickets
Visa fee:
Single entry visa /5 working days/ – 3,940 INR;
Single entry visa /urgent after 24 hours/ – 6,340 INR.

- ALL DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE HARD COPIES/PRINTED OUT. THE EMBASSY WILL NOT ACCEPT SOFT COPIES.

- Completed application form;
- Passport in original (must be valid for a minimum of six months before your intended travel to Mongolia);
- 3.5×4.5cm photo (the size of the photo is mandatory);
- Approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Applies only to visitors traveling for business or non-governmental organization purposes)/ Approval by the Immigration Agency (Applies to all other types of visa, including employment, student);
Visa fee:
For Indian passport holders
Single entry visa /5 working days/ – 3,940 INR;
Single entry visa /urgent after 24 hours/ – 6,340 INR.
Multiple-entry 6-month visa- 11,940/- INR;
Multiple-entry 1-year visa- 19,940/- INR.
